eNQUIRE nOWA perfect and fun venue for any occasions; birthday parties, get togethers, hen-dos, stag-dos, anniversaries, Christmas dos and other religious festivals. All our packages can be tailored to your event, making sure it is memorable and enjoyable for you and your guests.
From a small party of 8 to a party or event of 50, Family Fun Zone is for all. Create a bespoke and original package for your event.
See below what we have to offer:
Booking Fee
· A non-refundable £50 booking fee is required to secure your event.
· The booking fee will be deducted from the total cost of your package.
· All bookings and payments (including the booking fee, package cost, and food) must be made on site through our till system, or via the phone on our number.
host
· An event co-ordinator will be assigned to ensure your party runs smoothly
· They will guide guests through the chosen activities, help manage time, and provide support with decorations and organisation.
timings
· Each party booking includes a 2-hour slot, covering activities and food.
· Extra time may be added at £50 per 30 minutes (subject to availability).
Decorations
· You may bring your own decorations and set them up within the party space up to 15 minutes before your event.
· All decorations must be removed by the organiser after the event. The party space must be left in its original condition.
· We provide a complimentary balloon arch in our brand colours (blue and orange).
· Damages to our party area will incur a £50 charge.
Payments
· For parties booked less than 14 days before the event date, the full balance must be paid at the time of booking.
· For parties booked 14 days or more in advance, a £50 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure the date. The remaining balance must be paid no later than the day before the event. Customers may choose to pay the full balance at any time prior to the event if they wish.
food
· Food is available as an additional option at £10 per person. Choices include:
1. Party Lunch Box – Sandwich (cheese, ham, or jam), three snacks (raisins, chocolate bar/cookies, crisps), and a bottled drink (water or juice).
2. Pizza Meal – Three slices of Margherita or Pepperoni pizza, fries, and a jug of water and juice.
· If you prefer to bring your own catering, a £50 catering fee applies. A signed form will be required.
