  • How do I find you?

    We are located in the old Debenhams in St Nicholas Shopping Centre, Sutton, SM1 1AY, out main entrance is on level 3 next to New Look.

  • What are your opening times?

  • Do you have any vacancies?

    If you wish to work at the Family Fun Zone then send your CV to manager@familyfunzone.co.uk and when we have a positions open we may contact you!

  • Is there a baby and toddler zone?

    Yes, we have a smaller soft play area for the ages of 0-4 years old, parents are able to join their little ones as long as you’re wearing socks, (Don’t worry, we sell socks if you forget!)

  • Do we pay an entry fee?

    No, all our activities are individually priced, feel free to walk around the centre and when you have decided what activities you wish to do then pay via one of our 3 pay stations.

  • Are there age restrictions?

    Yes, some of the activities have age restrictions, its best for you to see what activity you wish to do and all of the information will be explained. Make sure you have your ID with you!

  • Do I need to Book?

    No, we accept both walk in and bookings, to book a party then press here  and here for Operation Storm. If you wish to do an activity just walk in!
