As long as the website and the information and services on the website are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.
Returns
If a customer wants to return an item purchased from the Family Fun Zone, because it is faulty and it is within the 28 days of delivery, they can.
If they decide, within 7 days of purchase, that they do not want a purchased item/s anymore (for new items only), the items need to be returned unopened and within 7 days (please note only the cost of the item/s will be refunded).
All returns must be returned, by hand, to the Family Fun Zone, by the person who purchase the item/s. We cannot accept any returns by post or by a third party.
All returns must be in their original condition and packaging.
Safety & Risk
Our priority in the Family Fun Zone is the safety of our staff and customers. We have a very thorough Operations Procedures, Risk Assessments and Trainiong programme for all our instructors. If you are a customer of the Family Fun Zone, and you would like to see any of our policies, risk assessment or procedures, before engaging in any of the activities, please ask to speak to one of our managers, who will gladly talk you through the risks, dangers and safety procedures.
The only activity that we require a disclaimer for (as it poses the highest risk of injury) is Operation Storm, which is for over 18’s only. For more information about the risks involved, prior to booking this activity, please contact one of the managers for further information.
