All our packages can be tailored to your event, making sure it is memorable and enjoyable for you and your guests. From a small party of 10 to a party or event of 50, Family Fun Zone is for all.
Create a bespoke and original package for your event.
Booking Fee
· A non-refundable booking fee of £50 is required to secure your event date.
· This booking fee will be deducted from the total cost of your party package.
event co-ordinator
An event coordinator will be present during the party to:
Guide guests through the selected activities
Help manage the event schedule
Provide support with decorations and general organisation
timings
· Each party booking includes a 2-hour slot, covering activities and food.
· Extra time may be added at £50 per 30 minutes (subject to availability).
Decorations
You may bring your own decorations and set them up in the party space up to 15 minutes before the event.
All decorations must be removed by the organiser at the end of the event, and the party space must be left in its original condition.
We provide a complimentary balloon arch in our brand colours (blue and orange).
Any damage to the party area will incur a minimum £50 charge.
Payments
· For parties booked less than 14 days before the event date, the full balance must be paid at the time of booking.
· Bookings made 14 days or more in advance: A £50 non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking to secure the date, with the remaining balance due no later than 14 days before the event.
food
· Food is available as an additional option at £10 per person. Choices include:
1. Party Lunch Box – Sandwich (cheese, ham, or jam), three snacks (raisins, chocolate bar/cookies, crisps), and a bottled drink (water or juice).
2. Pizza Meal – Three slices of Margherita or Pepperoni pizza, fries, and a jug of water and juice.
· If you prefer to bring your own catering, a £50 catering fee applies. A signed form will be required.
